Phase 19 · Research-use only
Smart CRISPR Guide & Edit Validation Designer
Scan a user-supplied DNA sequence for SpCas9 or Cas12a guide candidates, rank them with transparent sequence-level checks, prioritize guides near a research target and continue to validation-primer design.
Guide-design settings
Use an exact DNA sequence. A target position is optional but helps prioritize guides near a variant or intended edit region.
Guide-design overview
Ranked guide candidates
Select one guide for downstream validation-primer planning. Ranking supports candidate prioritization and does not establish editing efficiency.

How to interpret this phase
A high score means a candidate passed the current sequence-level heuristics reasonably well. It does not establish editing efficiency or genome-wide specificity. Confirm the intended reference sequence, PAM, guide orientation, genomic context and appropriate independent specificity evidence before laboratory use.
