Local nucleotide similarity is not formal V(D)J germline assignment. Rearrangement junctions and SHM can alter apparent identity. No clinical or therapeutic interpretation is produced. For formal repertoire annotation, use a validated V(D)J annotation pipeline with an appropriate germline reference set and preserve database/version provenance.
