Phase 8 · Batch workflow
Batch VCF Variant Analysis
Upload human GRCh38 or GRCh37 VCF variants, annotate consequences in VEP batches, filter research evidence, retrieve source-linked evidence for multiple variants, and send RefSeq-compatible variants into the Variant → Experiment workflow.
Research scope: GRCh38 and GRCh37 small sequence variants on chromosomes 1–22/X/Y/MT are supported. Multi-allelic records are split. Symbolic structural variants and breakends are skipped. GRCh38 deep evidence can include gnomAD v4; GRCh37 deep evidence intentionally omits GRCh38-only gnomAD v4. No ACMG/AMP classification is assigned.
1. Load VCF
The file is read locally by the browser, then the VCF text is sent to the local/server Phase 8 parser.
Choose the coordinate assembly explicitly, or use Auto when the VCF header contains a recognizable reference. gnomAD v4 deep evidence is available only for GRCh38.
Load a VCF file or paste VCF text.
