Scientific Variant Report & Project Snapshot

Combine the current Variant → Experiment workflow into one reproducible research record: transcript mapping, genomic validation, source-database evidence, computational interpretation and variant-aware assay design.

Research scope: exports preserve the evidence captured at the time of analysis and add a SHA-256 snapshot fingerprint. The report is not an ACMG/AMP classification, diagnostic report, treatment recommendation or regulated assay record.

Status meaning: Captured = documented in this snapshot; Missing = not documented in this snapshot. These labels do not establish experimental validation or scientific confirmation.
Interpretation: “Captured” means documented in the current research snapshot. It does not mean experimentally validated, clinically established or scientifically confirmed. “Missing” means that section is not documented in the current snapshot; it does not by itself mean the evidence does not exist elsewhere.
